The girl helping me over the phone was oddly accusatory of a mistake she made on her part? I was changing from Pick-up to Delivery, well aware that there were going to be surcharges. But only after the cancellation of my order does she tell me that my reward for the sandwich is not transferable… then tries to hold me accountable for not wanting to follow through with the change in service and going on to tell me that the cancellation had to happen if I wanted to switch how I was getting my order? Yeah, I know that? But had she informed me BEFORE she cancelled my Pick-up order, I would have not wanted a Delivery service. How is that my fault? Weird.

So far, this location has been horrible. You never get your food within an hour – at least that’s my experience. My order is right maybe 40% of the time, which is really bad. My kid has a tomato allergy and they just bypass the request of no tomatoes, making his food inedible.

So this is a complicated mess…Ordered two sandwiches online today…I used my Birthday free sandwich promo…when I showed up there was only one bag with one sandwich…I explained to the staff that I was missing part of my order and showed them my receipt in my email…the man working with me took my phone to the Manager to show him what I had ordered…I heard the manager in the background say “I’m not giving him a free sandwich”…So I was forced to place a new order and pay for another sandwich…I warned them that this would lead to a bad review and they did not seem to care…I can’t stress how awful this customer service was…my blood was literally boiling over a $9 sandwich…30 minutes later they called me and apologized for making a mistake…apparently my order was split between web pick up & regular pick up…I don’t really understand the difference…I want to thank the young man Michael who was trying to help me resolve this…You could tell Michael wanted to do the right thing approaching the manager multiple times hoping for a more effective resolution…

If you’re hoping for “freaky fast” delivery look elsewhere. Ordered two turkey toms at approximately 12:40 pm and only one arrived an hour later. Really disappointing considering I was only 1.3 miles away from the store. Was given store credit for the sandwich I did not receive so at least there’s that ♂️

Went there today. $12.00 for a sandwich is what they charged me. Couldn’t get there system to work and so I had to pay cash. Then I asked if the sandwich came with anything else and they told me no. This is after I had ordered a combo. It was a turkey and bacon sandwich not worth $12. They couldn’t even give me a receipt. Worst service I’ve had in a very long time.
