IT’S OKAY. GO TO SUPPORT THE COMPANY. I love the Jimmy John’s chain, but not this location. It’s small, staff are normally rude, and it takes longer than normal to get your meal. I do however like the sandwiches, they beat a Subway chain hands down. They use better quality ingredients, and just have a more robust product. The problem with this location is that they don’t live up to the brand. Example: Jimmy John’s is known for the daily bread specials, but this place is always out of bread. Another example, they are not community based as much as the chain touts. The Jimmy John’s in North Dallas and Plano are huge community partners in schools, daycare centers, religious organizations, etc. If you live in Mesquite, your options are always limited. This is true in this case as well. As always, management (or lack of it) is the case here.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from this location the order takes almost 1 1/2 to arrive. I’ve tried to give this location several chances but they have ruined my lunch experience EVERY SINGLE TIME as I am left starving for much longer than expected. This will be my last time ordering with Jimmy Johns in general you all are not “Freaky Fast” in any way, shape, or form.

Husband and I wanted JJ. Called because we were gonna get there after close, had already bought the food but hadn’t gotten there yet. They were so nice, the food was perfect not a thing missing, they were so cheerful and chill. Best experience at a JJ ever and I normally like JJ anyway.

Overall just really disappointed with the cashier that was working at this time. I don’t think ima be back to this location. The cashier I’m pretty sure gave himself a tip or something made me swipe my card 3x and there was a different price everytime. Overall not returning and the sandwich wasn’t even good

I bought two combinations but when I got home, my sandwich had 2 small pieces of roast beef on the whole sandwich. I could barely taste the meat. The other sandwich was an Italian and looked great. My sandwich was practically meatless. At $10 per combo, I expect a filling, meaty sandwich. Very disappointed.

The employees are too busy on their phones to ever do curbside. After waiting for them to bring it out I finally went inside and got it myself from the take out area and they couldn’t even be bothered to look up from their phones to acknowledge a customer came in, never said one word and are still on their phones as I’m typing this review.

This WILL be my last time at this store. I did and online order #7 Giant with xtra mayo xtra peppers and no onions. Pick it up and drive back home (30mins) just for me to open and see roast beef and provolone with peppers and onion. I called the store and ask for the manager, the lady said she was the manager so I began telling her what I ordered and what was made. She told me and I quote “ I remember that sandwich I personally made it and know what I put on it” I said well ma’am you couldn’t have made that sandwich unless the #7 changed to roast beef. She then said I know what comes on the #7 I’m aware of the ingredients after I was trying to tell her what she made was not my sandwich. So I the. Said I can come show you if you like, she then said “ you can come show me and prove me wrong on what I made with a very nasty attitude” so I drove back (30)mins walked in and a lady with green hair walked up to the register with her chest puffed out so I opened the sandwich and showed her what she claimed was the correct sandwich, asked for an apology and for the name and number of the manager. She never apologized for her mistake or rude and disrespectful behavior towards me over the phone. Her attitude was so nasty that I had to walk out of the store while my wife tried to explain to her how she was speaking to us especially being the manager. If I could give this store zero stars I would. But I put it on my life I will not be a return customer. She needs coaching and counseling for the rude and abrupt behavior she displayed tonight.

I swear these guys make their sandwiches out of their trunks! Every time I order, these guys are ridiculously fast. And the drivers are always super nice! The sandwiches are so good, as well! It’s hard to stop myself from ordering everyday! I’ve never caught myself saying to a subway sandwich “wow, theres almost too much meat”! I will continue eating here until I’m a good 400 lbs
