Picture it, JJ’s at 1:30pm, employees present 3, customers 0…you walk up to the door, big box of trash on the outside and it’s locked. One guy slowly walks to open the door, no greeting, no smile…he’s on the phone with someone I guess talking about how far away they are. The other two employees do not make eye contact, do not smile, do not greet me. The floor is a mess, crumbs and food everywhere. I stand there in front of the register for a good 60-90secs as the employees follow the guy on the phone around the room with their eyes, listening to this conversation on speaker – completely ignoring that I’m a customer. Finally the young man on the linesl acknowledges me (the other two disappear) and says are you here for pickup, I say no Id like to order. Then proceed to ask why he has to ring up and make the food when there are two other people. He says huh? I repeat myself in a different way, he says huh again? If I can type this good, y’all know I was talking clearly to this man. He just wasn’t hearing anything – not high but just lacked listening/comprehension skills. ♀️ So I say nevermind and give my order. He rings me up and begins making my order in the same gloves after touching the register and the counter, which wasn’t clean from what my eyes could see. I had to dust my seat off before I sat down bc again there are crumbs everywhere. He made the sandwich fast and im sure it’ll taste fine, if not I’ll be back. ***Update*** unable to submit issue online as requested in reply from the store pushed Submit button after filling out all fields except Check # bc I don’t have it, attached pic, everything blanked out…twice. y’all suck…

Out of the few experiences I’ve had with this location. One time my husband went in person to find the manager making sandwiches with her keys around her neck dipping into the sandwiches which is so disgusting. She also wasn’t professional in her demeanor. Another time, I ordered thru DoorDash. My sandwich took an hour to arrive which led to me having to call to request a refund and reorder my sandwich. Really annoying when I have explain why my order is taking one hour. JJs is typically fast. I called the location about few times because I thought maybe the location was closed. Finally a lady answered again extremely unprofessional. I was wondering is this the same lady manager with the keys. And she proceeds to tell me the location ran out of bread and to not order Jimmy John’s thru DoorDash and that it is preferred to go thru there company app. I was so annoyed. I don’t ever want to order with this location again. Food handling is so important and I just believe this location isn’t being ran properly. I am a huge fan of JJ’s for many years but I would recommend avoiding this location. Just the thought of someone’s keys touching my food makes me want to vomit. Do better.

Ordered two sandwiches online and they called 20min later and said they didn’t have a driver. so then we called and said don’t throw the sandwhiches away we will just door dash it. He said we are about to close. It’s was 9:14PM so I looked online they didn’t even close until 10. So they just didn’t want to help us?!! Everyone involved should be fired. Ordered on 8/27/2023 at 9:00pm if that helps narrow it down. He said I’ll refund your money for the orders…. Oh thanks lol

Tried ordering catering and the guys that I spoke with over the phone on April 29th around 8:20pm basically said he couldn’t place the order because they didn’t have enough bread. Why Jimmy John’s business doesn’t have enough bread….I was just mind blown. He then said if I ordered over the phone he would be able to have more bread, I asked how long that would take and he literally couldn’t give me an answer. Lovely.

Placed online order for pick up. I get to the store in 25 mins and they say “We don’t have your order ready because we have had people come in 5hrs later and we don’t want your sandwich to be soggy, so, we wait till the customer gets here to make the sandwich”. Store was not busy when I arrived (0 Customers) and it was just Two employees talking in the front.

My first google review because the customer service I experienced today was ridiculous. I waited an entire HOUR and 30 minutes for our delivery of four sandwiches for my family on a random Tuesday afternoon. I tried to call the Windhaven location for 20 minutes and kept getting a busy signal. When someone finally answered she was rude and dismissive. She said she “was the manager” and she was “insulted” that I was upset and to “get over it…it will arrive soon.” She said she was working all by herself. I sort of felt bad for her but she was just so rude and incompetent and she hung up on me for no reason. I wasn’t even rude back to her. Then, a neighbor calls me from the phone number on my receipt and says they just delivered my order to her. She doesn’t even live on the same street. It gets worse. I drive over to get my order from the neighbor and when I get home I notice that my order is missing 2 items. I try to call the restaurant again and no one will answer the phone. Worst customer service I have experienced in recent years. This location needs to be shut down. Too many issues too often. What is going on at this place?

Placed delivery order early morning around 8:10am for delivery at 10:30am because I was going to be in meetings. Noon came around and no delivery. Canceled meetings to go get my lunch from the store only to see they had just finished making it. No explanation. No apology. Just what is your name? Check over there. That’s it. So I would like to know why there was no notification sent to say order delayed or may not make it? Also the people working should have been a little more friendly since the freak fast service was horrible and their attitude was deplorable! Would be zero stars if possible. Won’t be recommending to any of my coworkers in a nearby office to ever order form here.
