This location is always clean when i dine in, fountain drinks inside are so good, i usually order via the app and dine in, ive never had an issue. and if i did i am sure they would help resolve it. Food is perfect everytime!

Absolutely HORRIBLE quality. Sandwiches were beyond soggy. Had NONE of the additions I requested. I used to enjoy a sandwiche from here. List my business for good. Last 3 times I have ordered Gere have been below sub-par. 40.00 dollars wasted here, never again. I received overpriced moosh.

Freaky slow! Think there were at least 3 employees in there yet I waited for 20+ minutes in the drive thru for a pre-ordered sandwich. There were only 2 cars in front of me so the line wasn’t long at all. That was my 1st and possibly last order at this location.

Awesome employees!! They are always quick at making orders. I am able to place my order through the app as I’m leaving work for my lunch and it is always ready when I arrive. The employees know who I am when I walk in and hand me my order. They’ve even seen my pull up and have meet my at the door with my order. The employees are always happy and greet you as you walk in and tell you to have a great day. They are the best.

I placed an order through the Jimmy John’s app yesterday which was on Sunday. I waited about 45 minutes to an hour for my delivery. I then realized I was still waiting for my food to arrive. I decided to call to check on the order the manager/owner answered and stated he tried to call me on the number listed on the app to let me know that my order came in after the store was closed. I asked for my money back John explained he couldn’t get in the system to give me my money back etc.. and that he set my order for the next day to be delivered. Since John the manager/owner explained that he couldn’t do anything because the system was completely shut down that he couldn’t even get into it. I said okay to John even though he explained my order is set for delivery tomorrow at 10am. I waited for Jimmy John’s to open called at 10am and another gentleman that worked there took my call. I gave him my order number and he looked it up he explained my order was canceled. I asked why because the person that I spoke to which was John said that he put the order for the next day at 10. I asked to speak with the manager which was John and I didn’t realize it at the time I asked why was the order canceled when he said he set it for delivery today at 10am. He said I was persistent in wanting my money back so he stayed back last night to cancel order when he specifically said to me he couldn’t get into the system, and basically just apologize. To didn’t say anything about what he was going to do or anything after he explained to me the order was set for tomorrow delivery at 10.. then he says back I never told you that and it’s lie.. he continued to show no empathy or nothing about what he told me the previous day. I asked for the manager over him he said he was the owner and he could give me the corporate office to file a complaint.. again he showed no empathy or didn’t even care what he told me.. and failed to follow up with me to let me know what he did. I explained that was very poor customer service and poor management in the way he handled me. I wouldn’t recommend this location because customer service satisfaction is not a priority and the manager at this location didn’t think it was important to turn the situation around. I give this location a 0

Highly disappointed, Never tried Jimmy Johns before. And I see why now. Stale bread, couldn’t see my sandwich made. Ask for extra mayo and vinegar didn’t taste a drop at all. Ask for cucumbers and said yea you can add that didn’t receive a slice of one. Just a very sad waste of money and trash customer service. Better off at Subway. Never again! FIRST and LAST!
