The service was friendly and it was probably the owner that I met, and I think if he is that friendly I guess his staff also follow his lead. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone who like great service and warm welcome. I forgot to mention that he let me in whereas they weren’t open yet.

Very poor customer service. I was not acknowledged when I arrived. The one worker they had in there, continued to weigh and package meats. Then after 5 minutes passed he asked if I knew what I wanted. Of course I knew what I wanted, I knew before I got there, that’s why I came. He continued packagingand weighing the meat then after another 4 minutes he came over to the registrar and started trying to log in with the SAME GLOVES on that he used to package the meat!!!! So unsanitary and unsafe! I politely smiled and just told him I would come back another time. He looked like he owned the shop, but appeared to be struggling with the log in. I just can’t believe all of this happened there today. I frequent this location often but I don’t think I’ll be returning after this experience.

Place was clean and the Atmosphere was great. Customer service was excellent! Food was very good. The only problem we had was they forgot to put bacon and mayonnaise on my wifes sub. For that I gave 3 stars. But definitely give this place a try.

I was served by the “the manager” and I ordered the Vito, which I get regularly. I was asked if I wanted mayo and I said absolutely not. I got to work and took a bite. Mayo everywhere. I called and told her there was mayo on my sandwich. She said “ there is no way I put mayo on my sandwich” and that’s where the attitude started. I arrive at the restaurant and the attitude continues. So much attitude that I no longer wanted a sandwich. She refused to give me a receipt for my order or a receipt for my refund. I dine here 3 times a week and now all that $$$ will go to Jersey Mikes. Their staff is polite and the owner is an awesome person. 1 person can ruin your business. I would like to be contacted by an owner or corporate. I have still not be texted a refund confirmation as the “manager “ stated would happen. This complaint happened at 345 pm on 6/16.

Wanted to try their sandwiches instead of Subway. I placed an order through the app for four sandwiches, nothing special, no combos, just the sandwiches. $64.00!!!! Received a call that it would be thirty minutes because the ran out of bread. I’m no genius but your sole ingredient is bread and you run out. Waited the thirty minutes and guess what. I was told the manager had to leave and buy gloves. Thirty minutes later so now an hour, no sandwiches, no manager and I’m assuming, no gloves. Never again. I asked for a refund and hopefully it will show back up on my card.

I was here on a Friday night. The place was slow and after my service I understand why. There were two guys who ordered behind me. I decided to dine in. The guy making the sandwiches clearly couldn’t care less. It took almost 20 minutes to get a sandwich and a pickle with no one in front of me because he was doing everything else but his job. The guys behind me also waited a while before their sandwichs came. There were condiments literally everywhere, stacked up in various places. That includes pre cooked bacon that was just stacked in a metal compartment not being kept cold. I was there two hours before closing and the three people there were cleaning getting ready to close. If you’re this slow on Friday night… I wonder why. I won’t be back to this location. 2 stars for cleaning I guess.

I love Jimmy Johns and this was not my normal store . I asked and was charged for bacon on my number 11 but as you see in the photo there is no bacon at all. Also, requested sandwich to be cut in half and I had to cut it myself. I usually go to Abraham’s location and they know me by name, my order.

While on the go with no time for a sit down meal, I decided to stop in Jimmy Johns for a quick bite. Great choice!! The service upon entering the store was friendly, genuine and fast. While always looking for an exceptional dining experience, it was found at this Jimmy Johns. The turkey Little John was just the right size. If I had a plate it would have been a clean one . Exceptional Service ✅ Great Food ✅ Great Location ✅ Great Vibe ✅
