I come here often and the customer service is always awesome. The folks here serve with a smile. Too bad the system doesn’t allow to tip them. Sandwiches are fresh and so are the toppings.

Chanelle and her husband Michael, as well as their staff, are flat out exceptional. Seemingly greet everyone with a smile, make solid suggestions, and are considerate and accommodating to dietary restrictions. I know I can order catering from any sub shop, but I’d go out of my way to utilize them simply because of the family feel and attention to detail. 11/10 recommend.

Never had a problem with Jimmy Johns until today. Ordered a Cubano with the app and swapped out the Dijon for regular mustard. The sandwich I received had no pickles and Dijon mustard. I called the store and when the person who made my sandwich answered, he said “Hey my boy, I’m the one who made your sandwich.” He was calling me boy and homeboy. He then makes another order and when I receive it, it has pickles this time but also has Dijon mustard. So two times simple instructions were not followed for no Dijon mustard and to replace it with regular mustard.

This is my favorite Jimmy Johns location because the staff is AMAZING! Of course the food is good too but the customer service goes way above any other store. Today we visited a pumpkin patch on the other side of town and picked up lunch at a JJ store close by. My 7 year old opens up his sandwich and says, ‘this is not like the sandwich I get at our Jimmy Johns. I like our Jimmy Johns better.’ We love ‘our’ Jimmy Johns here in Coppell!

12/09/21 Updated since they won’t let me do another review. I havnt learned my lesson apparently my order was supposed to arrive at 12:45 it was now 1:07 and I still have a 17 min wait WTH. Sandwiches are really good I’m a big fan. But trying to have them deliver me a sandwich to my job on time!! when my job is less than 5 min away . Forget about it. I waist half my lunch break waiting on my food. I mean why ask when you want it ready by if your gonna arrive 15-20 min after ♂️. Any way Great Sandwiches they make them fast but the delivery is not freaky fast. False advertisement on there behalf.
