Ordered a sandwich through the app, ordered it at 9:00 but to be delivered by 11:30. 12:15 and the sandwich still wasn’t there, called the location to check on the status they said it was still at the shop and once they had a driver available they would have it to me, I let them know next time instead of the sandwich being late I understand but next time to at least call when you know it’s running behind considering I only have an hour lunch and should have made other plans. Called again around 12:45 they said sandwich was on its way. Wasn’t delivered until 1:30… TWO HOURS LATE!! They then called me and told me they would credit my account for $20 never received anything. This place needs management and new workers.

Order wasn’t made the way I ordered. As soon as I paid there was “a problem w the app”. They didn’t make it the way I ordered. Couldn’t be bothered w cutting it, and were rude when I called about it. No wonder there’s no customers there when I go. Don’t use the app. I paid over $12 for a slim sandwich that was literally roast beef, stale bread, and a couple slices of bacon I didn’t want. I don’t think the location is doing well. Quality has noticeably suffered as their prices have gone up by 60%. They gave me a sandwich w options I wouldn’t order, and as soon as my payment checked out the app failed, so I couldn’t even check on my order. This place is a rip off

I’ve ordered a few times from this location, both ordered ahead and placed an “asap” order, and every time it has taken almost an hour to get my food. I’ve had to call after every single order I have ever placed to check up. My last order I had to cancel cause my lunch break was over and my food STILL isn’t here. The staff aren’t very friendly or helpful, and no one has offered to correct this, or even an apology. They told me anything placed during their “lunch rush” is going to take 30-40 minutes. Horrible management that doesn’t do anything for its patrons, and slow staff that aren’t helpful at all. I will be telling friends, family and co-workers to avoid this place.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery at 3:09 pm, and called the shop at 4:02 pm because it hadn’t been delivered. I was then told the sandwich was still in the shop because they didn’t have a delivery driver. No one called to tell me the situation, and the associate said he just got there and thought someone had notified me. Yawn.

We’ve ordered from this Jimmy John’s several times and every single time we’ve waited at least 45 minutes for our order and we live a mile away. Put an order in today at 12:30, called to check on it at 1:00 and was told the driver was about to leave. Called again at 1:35 and was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. Not fast or friendly staff. Horrible service every time.

Outstanding customer service from the lady behind the counter. This was my first visit and she took the time to encourage me to install the app (and get a free sandwich) as well as making suggestions from the menu when I asked her about different items. I have never been to a Jimmy Johns but I will most certainly be back. My experience was good enough that I felt like she should be recognized.

I order from Jimmy Johns a lot and always have them deliver it to me. The ordering for my food goes well and delivery is pretty quick. However, the past few times that i order the delivery person always forgets something either in his/her car or at the restaurant. This time the delivery person forgot my drink at the resturant. It is a little annoying and starting to get on my nerves that they are continuously forgetting something that I ordered! Especially when I even tip them for thier service!
