Had to argue and physically bring my sandwich to the counter to receive onions and cucumber on my veggie sandwich. Legit was a 5 minute process when all I asked was for my sandwich to made correctly. Seriously, they got very defensive when the order was incorrect in the first place. Full of attitude in there except for one worker who seemed nice and very much over working with the others

I called in my order the girl that answered act like she was so put out to do her job. Then I walked in and that girl was just chatting with a friend and didn’t say one word to me. There was a boy named Asher who was as very sweet and well mannered. I would fire her if she worked for me I don’t do lazy.

This store is by far the worst! I love Jommy John’s food but the service at this location is absolutely terrible. Over an hour wait for a delivery, one sandwich! An hour! Then when I call to find out where my order is all I get is attitude. Never ordering or dining in at this location again.

Super freaky slow. I ordered a catered box the night before and pick up time was 12:15. It took SO long to get my box and I gave them plenty of notice. This catering box was super important for a military meeting and my husband’s boards. So much extra stress when there shouldn’t have been.

i came in to order and this girl and another person were already busy making sandwiches, meanwhile this girl with lashes was on her phone and calling someone instead of taking my order. The girl who was already busy doing her job took my order. I was very disappointed on how that girl with lashes can slack but the others had to work. i would give those two actually working a raise

Terrible folk, didn’t care about the 5 people n the lobby waiting to be served as they open instead they say they have to do the catering order first, when I ask why a rude lady with glasses and a lady behind the counter just shout with attitude and rudely say have a good day sir. Love Jimmy John’s hate these employee’s attitude.
