I am not one to complain normally, but in this situation… it was warranted. Ordered food that is only 5 minutes away expecting it to be here within roughly 20 minutes. Nope…it took them nearly an hour. I called up to see where my order was and spoke to a very incompetent worker who provided additional information that there was only 1 driver and he took 5 deliveries at once. I then asked to speak to a manager and she was just as unhelpful. I asked for a credit or something to compensate me, the customer, who is calling to complain. She said she could not do anything. Needless to say one of the worst experiences.

Outstanding! Superior service. 3 great sandwiches. Lightning fast delivery. Recieved order delivered less than 15 minutes after ordering to nearby hotel. Reasonably priced. Super easy online ordering using JJ app. Delivery person was nice. Highly recommend. I will order from here again.

Got my free 8inch sub from there on Jul 11 around 5:15pm. and ordered online. Was ready within less than 5 minutes. The French bread looked perfect and my sandwich was delicious with the appropriate amount of toppings. The sandwich was very clean too no dressing or anything on the wrapper. Thanks for the great service!

Super bad service. Took almost 2 hours to get our food. This is why I wish you could tip after the delivery your food. Some of the worst service I have ever had from Jimmy John’s. When I called to see where the order was the guy just said it’s on the way. He never asked for my name or order number so how did he even know. Then he hung up. I know you get busy but that’s no reason to treat customers like that.
