Ordered lunch for my family today. Ordered a Club Lulu without cheese, sub mustard for mayo and add onion. Seems like not too complicated of an order to me for a sandwich shop. I get home and no bacon on the sandwich and it is supposed to come with bacon. Disappointed because I paid for a sandwich that was incomplete!

The food is great but the customer service is truly unmatched. I had gone in yesterday for lunch and apparently dropped my wallet while waiting for my sub. Not even 24 hours after losing my wallet, a manger from the establishment drove 15 minutes from the store to my house to hand deliver it. Amazing food and customer service. 10/10

Love Jimmy John’s. They get the drive through order right about 5 out of last 10 orders, even after repeating the order. Worst was “Turkey Tom with double turkey”, got turkey tom with NO turkey. Always check the order before you leave. Got wrong sandwich today, kinda getting tired of them getting it wrong.

10 minutes in drive thru speaker repeating myself three times. Pulled forward and waited another 10 minutes for them to blame system issues and they would have to recreate the order, yet people were walking in without issues.

Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich shop and I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I did have an issue but I was contacted by JJ’s and spoke to the manager. I am impressed at the level of attention and the timeliness they responded to my original review/complaint. I also know when someone is hustling to get things done. Keep up the good work! Try to slow down a little, going to fast is an invitation for mistakes.

First the lady at the counter was rude. Then I tried to order my way and was told I had to order from the menu and get what is on the sandwiches. I don’t like a lot of the combos. The bread was so hard that I couldn’t eat it, the lettuce was soggy and the roast beef tasted funny. Never again. If I want someone being rude to me, I can stay home.
