Showed up at 11 recently was supposed to open at 10 and they were late opening and showed up at 10:45 today had to repeat my order several times seems like the lady had an attitude ordered a large drink got a medium also ordered avocado spread and paid extra for everything and didn’t get everything. I just want to go to Jimmy John’s one time and get my order right. Not everyone has time to wait to fix their mistakes it’s always something.

Food is fair, nothing special about the sandwiches, but what irritating about this location is that there’s a huge pothole in the drive thru lane, and you can’t avoid it. It’s been there for almost a year at this point and nobody from management seems to care that this pothole is causing issues getting to the window, and at worst messing up people’s cars accidentally driving into it.

Came for a quick lunch; however, they were short staffed so sandwich time was not freaky fast. The 2 people staffed were incredibly kind, did not appear frazzled and were apologetic about the wait time. Give them a raise.

WILL NOT waste my money at the W.Markham location again! Have used the drive thru many times. I NEVER get what I order bc they know you’re not going to unwrap your sandwich and look at it….and once you drive away you’re prob not going to come back….so don’t waste your time or money. Left feedback on their website twice, but I guess the owner/manager doesn’t care any more than the employees. I’m sure it will go out of business soon. Go around the corner to Schlotzky’s… they understand the simple concept of taking and filling an order.

excellent delivery service, i didn’t get the name of my driver but she was very professional & made sure to get my order to the correct address, and the safety of their employees on the roads was put above the speed of my order which lets me know they care about their workers. i appreciate all of you there who are working through this horrible weather to make sure others can get something to eat!
