There is an employee who works there at Jimmy John’s on coursey in Baton Rouge, an African American female, fair skinned with light colored eyes. She is the rudest person I’ve ever met. She doesn’t need to take anyone’s order as a cashier. She is so rude until she doesn’t need to work customer service at all! She needs to be in the back cleaning where no one can come in contact with her. Jimmy John’s need to do something about her attitude it is extremely repugnant. No one should have to deal with that type of attitude while ordering food. So sad!

This is the second time in a row that this place has gotten my order wrong. The first time they put lettuce on a sandwich when asked for no lettuce. This time i specifically asked for no mayonnaise, i wanted mustard on my sandwich. Low and behold it was dressed with mayo instead. Will not be returning

Stopped on the way home and ordered a #10 with no tomatoes. Got home and the sandwich is mayo, meat and lettuce, no provolone…Quality has gone south. Don’t eat here.

I used to dine here quite a bit but in the last year so the attention to detail has really declined. Every time I put in a customized order on the app it doesn’t appear the sandwich makers are reading anything past the 1st line. They add onions when I request no onions they don’t add peppers when I want peppers etc. I’m not sure what’s happened here as they used to be spot on, very frustrating.
