I placed a delivery order and was called a few minutes later and told that no one was available to deliver. This is understandable. However, when I went to pick up the food, I was not refunded the delivery charge or the tip left for the delivery person. That’s basically stealing.

Why do you even ask for customizations on online orders when you don’t even follow them. Asked for no cucumbers or lettuce? Guess what? You took the lettuce of my wife’s sandwich and left it on mine. Much less this is missing the extra add one, but fine. But the stuff that comes on the sandwich I asked for off, you can’t follow directions. This place has gotten worse and worse this year. I won’t be back again, even though they are around the corner from me.

It took over an hour for my order to get to me..I called and they were super rude and said “if you’re calling about your order it’s on the way” after 30 mins of waiting I called again and they explained the order was not in fact on the way and that they closed at 7 so I could either wait or cancel.. I’m trapped at work, with no food so I figured I’d wait well here I am about 1.5 hrs later STILL waiting. My job has closed by this point and now the store is closed and I have no idea if my food is even actually on its way Either way by the time it gets here I’ll have been waiting for almost two hours. This is ridiculous. For a store that advertises being freaky fast and literally won’t let you order out of a certain distance range for that reason this is ridiculous. I probably could’ve ordered from a location ten miles away and it would’ve been faster. Seriously ridiculous. Oh and my sandwixh got here mid reciew. Since it’s been sitting out for over an hour it’s soggy and falling apart.

I ordered in advance online expecting in my sandwich to be ready in 15-20 minutes when I arrived. Ended up getting there and only dude working was sitting on his phone and ended up having to wait an extra 10 minutes for my order to be finished. Terrible service.

I have ordered from this Jimmy John’s quiet a few times and sometimes they miss something with my order. I usually shrug it off but today I decided to call because it was the completely wrong sandwich. The manager said she would send me a completely new order with the correct sandwich. The delivery man dropped off my food and I checked it before he left, and it was wrong again! I decided not to give a tip for the second delivery and he started mumbling under his breath about me and then said he came out twice to bring me a sandwich and did I know he wasn’t his fault? I understood it was his fault but I don’t want to tip for 2 wrong orders. He was livid, so much so that I told him just to leave. Tipping isn’t a given, I believe it supposed to reflex good service. I called to talk to his manager again and she was great at giving me no reassurance. Not a place I will be ordering food from again.

Ordered delivery through web browser. I ordered at 9:23p and received the order at 9:35p. I was 1.25 miles driving distance across some very rough roads. Very pleased with the speed of the delivery. Freaky fast delivery!

Crazy fast. My sandwich was ready before I finished paying. And its good too, so that’s a bonus. I spent more time trying to find a parking spot than I did inside the store. I should have just stopped in the middle of the street, ran in, grabbed my sandwich and got in my truck and left.

Ordered from here food here and they let me know that it will be a little slow. They still came fast but the person delivered forgot my drink. Literally writing this as I’m waiting and the deliver guy shows up. Waited 35 mins for my drink. I finally can eat now. Horrible.
