When it is good, it is great 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time is if you order and pick up after 8 pm because the night crew messes up your order and just stands there staring at you when you bring their mistakes to their attention. The African American female and the white male are rude and worthless. The night manager is clueless.

So I decided to visit this JJ after about a year hiatus due to really bad service. Hoping they’d get their act together. But I was wrong. “Freaky Fast” does not decribe this branch of Jimmy John’s. There is zero reason why the drive thru at an establishment that has pre sliced meat and you only need to add condiments should take 10 mins plus when there is only 1 car in the drive thru and 2 people dining inside that already had their food and was eating. Also, they automatically put soggy lettuce and tomatoes on every sandwich I guess, even when you say you don’t want it. The owner needs to retrain his/her employees and have a better hand on the operation because this branch is a black eye on jimmy johns.

We used to go here once a week. Then the customer service went bonkers. Always order online but when we get there to pickup our order, they either are lost as to what’s going on or the order ID completely messed up. This has happened several times. Not going back.

if you don’t want to wait I suggest you call and place a order especially around lunch time! If you want fresh bread ask because 9/10 its been sitting there. My favorite is the #9 Italian nightclub if you don’t want all the bread ask them to scoop the bread out. Overall they are hard working young adults doing the best they can so yes go and have patience, because you never know what kind of day someone is having.

Spoke with Dwayne. I made order and they never delivered. Called to see where the order is after 40 minutes and they said oh we cancelled it. Told them I need reimbursement and they should have let me know they cancelled the order. Dwayne hung up on me. Not once but 6 times. Corporate will be getting a phone call and Dwayne needs a lesson in customer service.
