Could feel the tention the minute we walked in. Placed our orders – the girl taking my order – speak up when replying so people don’t have to ask you 3x to repeat yourself and you get angry. Also, when someone asks for 2 SUBS and one is wheat and you don’t offer WHEAT SUBS – say something before making a wheat sandwich! AND then cop an attitude when a customer has to ask after the fact why a sandwich. I know people don’t want to work, but if you have a job and making money, customer service is a must.

Supposed to be freaky fast but the Scottsbluff location is more like freaky slow! Shouldn’t have to wait in line for 2 cars ahead to get their food for half hour when they first open it was super fast, the employees seem like they stand around jabbering too much rather than working.

A couple weeks ago sat in drive through for 20 minutes for one sandwich with only 2 cars ahead. My husband and I have both ordered from work with a 1-2 hour wait time for delivery. Today put in an online order, went to pick it up to be told they had to bake bread, waited for the food and came home with half of what we ordered. This place needs someone to turn it around. We love the food but the customer service is a joke.

Took 75 minutes for one sandwich to be delivered. Couldn’t cancel the order because the store wouldn’t answer the phone and JJ customer service unable to either. Once I finally got my sandwich, the bread was so rock hard, burnt, and stale that it wasn’t even edible.

Ordered several times on the app. Each time I’ll arrive at the restaurant 45 minutes to an hour later, to them apologizing and beginning to make my order after I arrive. The food is always good, but there’s no point in ordering ahead it seems.

Phone # was busy for over 2 days straight. Never got my sandwiches and no response at all from management of the store despite being told I would receive a call. I will not go to this establishment ever again. Sandwiches are usually very good, customer service and management very pathetic and unable to carry out the duties of the job. If my employee handled matters the way this store does they would be terminated immediately.

Clean. Person at register expected us to know everything about the sandwiches. Got snippy and sarcastic when I asked a very simple question. Was our first time and probably our last to any JJ. Ordered a veggie which had the cheese slice folded over (supposed to be doubled…like two pieces and the avocado spread….a teaspoon amount spread on the inside of folded cheese. The turkey slim…had literally two slices of meat on 8 inches of bread that was hard. Thanks but for the hype…I will go back to subway where you can see all the stuff on your sandwich and you actually get to choose! Or maybe jersey mike’s.
