hated it here. we walked in and there was about 7 guys working and they all just stared at us a blank stare , no “hi” or “hello” or “welcome” . a guy finally came up to the register and still didn’t say anything and just stared at us . so awkward and rude in my opinion. my sandwich was the worst sandwich i’ve ever had (i ordered a #6 for reference ) and they forgot my pickle so i stood at the food pickup area for 5 min before one of the 7 people finally asked what i needed. maybe don’t have a bunch of dudes running a jimmy john’s .

5 stars all day every day. I frequent this location, and no matter the time of day or how busy they are, it’s always consistently great service. They’ve never messed up an order, and always get things out way faster than expected while doing it with a positive attitude. This location deserves some praise!

Gentleman that took my order decided to mock me after I had started to drive away not realizing the mic was still on. Completely disrespecting me for being indecisive about whether or not I wanted a drink. I am from out of town and don’t come here often, so when I do I get excited to treat myself to these types of places. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning ever again. I have many years experience working in the hospitality industry and if I ever heard one of my employees do that, they would be mocking my words “you’re fired”.

Ate there today i dont really like lettuce so i asked to go light on lettuce and they just piled it on, also some of the lettuce was rusty. Was the most sloppy sandwiche i ever had. Not the best Jimmy Johns.
