We ordered 3 sandwiches and all three were made incorrectly. Guy taking my order was rude and was unwilling to put mayo on my son’s sandwich telling me “it was industry standard to not put mayo on a slim sub.” Also had to correct the guy making my sandwich who rolled his eyes when he removed the tomatos. Guess your store standard to go the extra mile.

Got only because the app. will not take a debit card or cc. The oatmeal rating cookie I got was nasty, even my dog wrinkled his not. BUT the new Thai Chicken wrap is AMAZING and the delivery guy was very polite!!!! Fix the app. for a 5 star!!!!

Well, my son and I were not impressed. He’s been in the place before and he was alright to take there only to his surprise he didn’t like the service from one employee that didn’t even welcome us to the place. I for one agree but for the the prices and to charge for extra cheese you would think it would be free while you would think they would tell you it’s extra for a scope of queso. I’m just saying it looks like they need improvement. The sign on the door said help wanted I wouldn’t mind helping the man that didn’t take time to look any one in the eyes for a welcome of appreciation for your customer to come in .. One guy took time to look for jalapeños which I felt he was pleasing his costumer and he did.. Thank you for showing appreciation for your costumer..

I usually like this Jimmy John’s but was really disappointed this last Sunday. I asked for them to cut it in half, they didn’t, but that’s not that big of a deal, but the sandwich was so sloppily made you could hardly eat it, and the bread was so hard didn’t make it any easier! When a sandwich is made right it actually makes it taste better! I will give them another chance though, hope better luck next time.
