Asked for fresh bread, and they didn’t want to sell me one, he said we dont have enough. I have seen at least 100+ breads right there by register, and on the end I paid $5.46 for only half bread. One of guys was about to sell it to me, other guy with glasses and long hair said no.

The food wasn’t bad and the service was fine. This particular location always seems to struggle with making nice, fresh, soft bread. It wasn’t bad this time but it wasn’t stellar either. Considering that some JJs stores seem to have more consistently nice bread, I have to wonder if corners aren’t being cut here.

I’ve ordered delivery from this Jimmy John’s multiple times over the last year but never again. This place is notorious for not bringing the sides you order or even giving you the wrong sandwich. In the past they actually made things right. But now they don’t even care. Lately, I’ve noticed that the sandwiches barely have any ingredients on them, and the last time I ordered they didn’t bring any of the chips I ordered. I called the store and they told me they’d refund me, didn’t even offer to bring them, and of course there was no actual refund. Take your business elsewhere, I sure will.

Me and my husband ordered off of DD. They forgot my husbands Mayo packets and my sandwich had provolone cheese on it even though I requested it off. I’m allergic to provocative and if I hadn’t saw you he cheese before hand I’d be in a hospital right now. They need to really read the order instead of skimming over just a o get an order out. Also they forgot our straws.

Ordered a delivery order, about 40 minutes go by and food wasn’t here, so i called in and the worker explained there is a bread shortage and so their ONLY delivery driver was backed up. The delivery driver arrived 10 minutes later and was very nice and apologetic, amazing service from this store. Thank you guys !

I ordered delivery. They forgot chips and said they would be right back but took a long time to return. I called the store and they said they only have one delivery driver and he was making other deliveries and would be by with the chips afterward. By the time he arrived everyone had already eaten and there was no point, it was just a disturbance. Not freaky fast at all.
