This is my 1st disappointing experience with a Jimmy Johns. The bread was obviously stale. There was no menu close to the counter. I had to search to find napkins. I went to look at my bill. There was a $0.24 mystery charge of some type. Not much, but really? Does this need to be there? So, I now know better and will avoid this restaurant in the future.

Price gouge much? See the photos for the same sandwich. This location ($11.99 / $23.89) VS the one on 84th Street ($8.50 / $15.99). I’m never going here again. Congratulations, you did it.

Missing peppers on both sandwiches ordered. Unwich was a salad not a sandwich. Pickle I ordered was missing from bag. Don’t plan on returning, go to the one on 84th!

I was handed a card reader at the drive-through window. It gave me 4 options: 15%, 20%, 25%, and Other. To avoid delays I hit 15% tip. Result: a 7-inch Italian Night Club cost me $13. Horrible deal.

I like the other locations but this particular place had no warmth or kind customer service the last couple times I’ve gone there. And it was slow, which goes against their “freaky fast” marketing (and as other locations tend to abide by). Management may want to address this because the food is always fine but service is not.

SLOW to answer the drive thru, probably walked a good 5 min, almost drove around but realized there was a car at the window – so it wasn’t even clear if the place was open. ♀️

Generally Have had great service. Ordered delivery from this and it was confirmed. Over an hour went by with no update. I tried to call the store 4 times and it was not answered. I drove to the location as I had been charged for my order and it was closing soon. It was open and there were workers there, they simply said they didn’t have delivery drivers. The workers were not apologetic and had clearly been ignoring all phone calls. Appalled by the service, i was still charged full price. Will never use jimmy johns again

Got to the window worker open the window was crying just stared at me shut the window and I was ignored for the next five minutes. Then she open the window back up was crying muttered the total, so I had no idea what it was. Maybe get her off window if she is gonna cry ….
