I have to give these guys some love. This have been my Jimmy Johns since I started going to Jimmy Johns over 10 years ago. I’ve watched dozens of employees going in and out of that building, and never once have I not enjoyed my food, or not enjoyed the company of the staff. I generally go with my dad who is a man of many cool or interested t-shirts, they call him “cool t-shirt guy” and we always enjoy some good conversations with the staff as we enjoy or sandwiches. This place is great for solo or group of 10 to enjoy a decently priced sandwich which fills you up but doesn’t drain your wallet. Average cost per person is generally 10$.

Two weeks ago we ordered from this store only to receive a call one hour after we ordered to tell us that it would be another hour until we received our two sandwiches. I had to call to find out. What was going on. I talked to the manager and was offered a refund, an “I’m sorry” and we “only have one driver”. Tonight we ordered again and the order took 45 minutes to arrive. We live just a mile from this location. I may be overly harsh so I will give two stars instead of 1. The draw for us is the speed. I once ordered from a different jj’s in omaha and got it in eight minutes. That really was freaky.1

Um not be mean or sound rude but the last 2 times iv orderd food. It reaked of cigarettes. Like I had to throw my bag away it made me want to vomit it was nasty. Like I don’t want to have that smell on food I’m supposed to be eating.

Used to order often to my work. Staff appears to confused and unprofessional. Every time I used to call taking the address and getting the business name was next to impossible, and at times I had to deal with more than one person over the phone. Asked to speak to the manager twice and would just sit on hold until I eventually hung up. Although there fast the food is not good enough to deal with that.

Typical Jimmy John’s, meaning the sandwiches were great, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. Short of bribing me with free food, I’m not really sure how they could improve. Well maybe a switch to Pepsi.

Ordered a sandwich with extra meat and added bacon with lite lettuce. Got it 30 minutes later with one(1) slice of meat, half a strip of bacon and packed full of lettuce. When I called about it the guy who answered the phone did not care and pretty much hung up on me. I use to be an loyal customer to this store but because of this I will start ordering from another delivery restaurant. Very unprofessional and poor service!

Bread tastes weird and rubbery. It seems like meat sits out for a long time not being chilled so it tastes like bacteria and makes my teeth itchy. Overall would choose subway where I can at least get my sandwich toasted and it’s not overpriced.
