First took over 30 mins to get my sandwiches when the location is right up the street sandwiches came unedible… you can tell that they had been in someone’s car for a very long time.. call location was lied to and told she had to call her GM to be able to refund my money but magically in less then 45 seconds was back on the phone with me refunding my money… I’ve had NUMEROUS problems with this place this is the last straw. I shouldn’t be told as a customer we are short staffed blah blah blah hey I DONT CARE not my problem I am the consumer who bought sandwiches with my hard earned money and got disgusting horrible food.. lost all respect for Jimmy John’s… I will not be ordering from you ever again. Slowest jimmy johns in omaha, maybe the whole united states. If you order ahead don’t expect it to be done quickly, theyll probably wait until you get there to start making it dreadfully slow, aside from that if you ask for extra of anything it wont be extra theyll give u 6 pickles instead of 5, what a joke. Ranch spilled in my box on multiple occasions, why would you put the ranch on the bottom? Lack of brain cells? And if you order online dont even bother selecting the drinks you want online because they will not fill them, instead hand you the cups and prompt you to fill them on your own. I started going through the drive thru to pickup online order now so they have to fill the drinks. The 1 star given was due to there not being an option for 0 stars. Freaky slow.

I made my order online to pick up. When arrive no one was there just an employee sitting at one of the tables and after a while she got up because the oven started ringing, I asked about my order and she said I don’t know let me call my manager is my first week here,he looked at the order and with a bad temper he started to prepare the sandwiches and threw them on the counter which bothered me a lot he gave me the bag to put them inside 7- 2-20 6:30 pm.

Generally have a good experience with this location, however, waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I went on a saturday at 1237 and left the drive thru at 107. Definitely not freaky fast!

We were the only car going through the drive-thru and we ordered 3 sandwiches, no chips or drinks. We pulled up to the window and paid and then watched the 4 employees joke around and take their time making our sandwiches. While this was going on 2 other cars pulled up and had already ordered. We could see the sandwiches piling up on the counter. Then they put 4 sandwiches in one bag for the car behind us and stopped and chatted a little longer. Finally one of the employees grabbed my sandwiches still sitting on the counter and brought them to the window. At this time almost 10 minutes had passed. Prob won’t be returning to this location. Very poor service.
