The customer service at this Jimmy John’s is exceptional. Shout out to Mari, who actually came outside before I got out to tell me they were closed. When I returned the next day, he was my server and made me feel so welcomed, like i knew him. I travel all over the USA with my work, and I review everywhere, but I have not written a review this long that is positive. You keep up the good job, you should be trainers on customer service there are not many like you.

I went in to get a number 11, and the guy said how are you today , I gave him that look, and went on to ask me what was I going to have today. I said I take a number 11 , regular. No chips and no drink. He said ok told me the price I handed him a 5 dollar bill and he handed me a bag and it had a sandwich in it !

Would give zero if it would let me. My last order both sandwiches were made incorrectly and was given the wrong chips. The pickle looked like it was cut by a blind toddler with a plastic spoon. Order took 45 to deliver I’m 3 blocks away. I’ll drive to jersey mikes or firehouse before I order from them again. I also reached out via the website to give the opportunity to fix the problem and a week later still no response.

I don’t really go to fast food places a lot, but I’m in the middle of mid terms and wanted lunch so I stopped here 3/15/22 around 2:15pm. The staff that were working at this time were so friendly and positive that honestly I might just come here regularly someone said see you tomorrow! And I think they were right haha I’ll definitely be back! Super awesome staff at the 84th location 🙂
