Zero stars wasn’t an option or I absolutely would have!! This ElDorado location is fully aware that they have an employee (named Brandon Andrew Gonzales and Drives a darker Grey Nissan Frontier) who uses racial slurs towards people of color, harasses minors including very inappropriate things being sent and said, and gets heavily intoxicated on a variety of things from the looks of it IN his work uniform then flashes(very small) parts of himself at groups of women while yelling disgusting things. The manager (Jennifer) was sent video evidence of this occurring & when she was called to follow up about the incident, she hung up…. Can’t give business to people that knowingly but their customers in danger! So sad that they are condoning this! Know better, do better!

I will for sure never be going to this location again. A man named Brandon whom currently works as a delivery for this establishment, has done nothing but harass my family and friends. It is sad and disgusting that when brought to the management, she defended Brandon and then called the police saying that we were harassing her and proceeded to lie to the officer about it. I will never go back as long as the predator named Brandon works there because me and my family shouldn’t have to feel scared of what this man might do if he sees any of us

I sat for 20 minutes in the drive thru window , when I finally got up to pay for it I had to wait another 10 minutes for the sandwich to he made. When the girl handed me the sandwich she dropped it on the ground and I had to park off the drive and retrieve the sandwich. poor customer service andunder staffed. FREAKY FAST NOT SO MUCH!!

I really like Jimmy John’s sandwiches and I would’ve given them 5 stars but the service is not great. I ordered a turkey tom and received what’s very clearly not a turkey Tom. ♀️This has happened on more than one occasion. It’s really disappointing. Especially when you’ve been craving one for a whole week!

my sister and i ordered a 16” ham and provolone sandwich and after we ate it we got extremely bad food poisoning to the point we had to go to urgent car i don’t recommend buying anything from this specific jimmy john’s and i will be emailing the company about this and it wasn’t possible to put no stars or else i would’ve. They claim they are hiring and no matter the position applied for the management does not look into applications as she should she treats staff poorly. And is extremely rude. I could understand now why you can barely keep staff let alone an assistant manager. This person needs more training. And maybe some lessons on mannerism. It’s sad when people are willing to work and employers refuses to even interview what is it that you gain from lack of employees?

When I placed my order the cashier didn’t read it back to me. Therefore I didn’t realize it was wrong til we got our food. I was charged for a #4 and not a slim 4 which is significantly less. I was told that a refund for the difference wasn’t possible but was offered a cookie. I dont believe a refund was not possible. I think the cashier just couldn’t be bothered.

A few days ago I had an interaction with the general manager. My sandwich was sloppily put together, ingredients were lackluster, and was most certainly rude. I overheard her snapping at one of her employees. This has turned me sour to the location, and I shall not return.
