UPDATE: I previously left a 1 star review due to consistently poor customer service, delivery issues, at this location. Since then (within the last year), I have gone back or used delivery a few times (mostly due to convenience), and I gotta say, this place has done a complete 180. I’m not sure if there’s new management or what, but the service, quality and delivery issues are much improved. I’m always a fan of a comeback story, and this place is a good example of that.

Placed an order through website, $40. Got a call less than 5 min later telling me they are out of bread, they can cancel order and my money will be refunded in 7 – 10 business days. Asked to speak to manager they put me on hold, then tell me that I can choose in store credit or get refund which will now only take 3 – 5 business days. Considering that this location has a habit of closing early and this not being my first problem here I highly recommend going to a different store.

Slowest delivery of my life. For freaky fast delivery they sure do like to take their time. I tried it one time and it took them an hour and a half. So I decided to give them another chance the second time, and what do you know. They took their sweet sweet time again. Not doing business with them again.

Ordered delivery through the jimmy johns app and Was told the order was delivered through the app when it was not. We Called the store to find out they had the wrong address and did not call to confirm the correct address. They told us they would re deliver to the correct house. After an hour of waiting and no delivery, we called again. No order was out for delivery. They said (again) they would re make the sandwiches and deliver them. We finally got our food after 2 hours and saw that the sandwiches had not been remade and were extremely soggy. Horrible experience with no accountability taken by the restaurant. We Will never be giving our business here again. Would recommend a different sandwich shop in the mission area.
