You know the expression if you have to ask how much it is, you probably can’t afford it. I guess I can’t afford Jimmy John’s anymore. Come on guys, how hard is it to put prices on your menu board. I’m pretty sure that’s like rule one of having a restaurant. Unfortunately, my picture missed it, but they don’t even have prices listed on their drinks. How often are you changing prices on your drinks that you can’t even tell me how much it cost?

Good food, but it’s quite pricey and VERY, VERY slow. Don’t go here if you have a limited time (lunch break). I easily spent 20 minutes going through their drive through, just to pick up a Mobile order, which was NOT ready by the time I got to the pickup window. smh.

I just moved to a tiny little town in Ks and the closest JJ’s to me is this location a 2.5 hour’s drive from my home. This past Saturday I made the journey to get a sub from my favorite place. No regrets! The girl that helped me at the register was very nice and answered all my questions about the new sub. Once I ordered she double-checked the customizations I had made to the sub as she was making it to insure perfection. Once I received the sub I realized I forgot to ask for it to be cut in half and asked the gentleman by the counter if they had any plastic knives so I could cut it myself. He said they did not but then took my sandwich and cut it for me, saying that it was no biggie, just replacing it with a fresh clean knife afterward. When I left they both told me to have a nice day. 6/5 They all deserve raises.

Was one of my favorite places, waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru, ordered extra bacon, didn’t receive it, and cashier didn’t bag order, no napkins, and said the sandwiches were labeled and they weren’t, we looked at them in the drive thru and told her that they weren’t, she closed the window……..that was rude.

Placed a delivery order at 11…went to reception to check on it after 12, she said someone else had gotten a sandwich a little earlier and they had left 2 drinks she didnt order. They weren’t our drink order either, and no sandwiches. When calling to ask about our order, the manager said it was already delivered and our receptionist screwed up. Took a 15 minute phone call to get him to agree to “redo” our order while we could hear the delivery girl in the background agreeing with us. Then waited over an hour for the order to arrive but still be wrong. Over all, a 2 and a half hour process for the wrong order
