I love Jimmy Johns and for this one not to have a drive-thru.. the customers are walking in and the smell is pretty funky. It’s been over a year. Please see what’s wrong.

The staff here is super helpful friendly and ready to help no matter what the situation. Today I ordered a big Vito for delivery but it never arived! I called to see what happened I was told my sandwich had been delivered! So I drove to the shop and by the time I got there a second sandwich was ready! After many unnecessary apologies for the error I said ,”oh well everybody makes mistakes ” came home and enjoyed my meal with my lovely bride! Thank you for the great meal and service! We will be back soon!!

The food is fine because it’s standard for all Jimmy John’s, but the people here seem inconvenienced if you come in. I’ve also never had the extra details of delivery orders followed (cutting my sandwich in half, including napkins, giving me a straw for my drink).

The cashier asked for my order, then spaced off for several seconds. A veggie sub with no avocado spread, add oil and vinegar, extra tomato and extra cheese. He said “no mayonnaise?” and I responded “I never mentioned mayonnaise. I’ll start over.”

I ordered online for in-store pick up. I had no idea that the restaurant was extremely busy— standing room only. When I arrived, workers were feverishly preparing orders. I was told that there were two orders of 100 sandwiches each, in addition to other regular orders. I didn’t catch the name of the young man who seem to be in charge, he was very tall, soft-spoken (until he needed to call out a name for pick-up, and he plus other employees were very pleasant. In fact, I don’t think I’m the only customer who noticed how well employees worked as a team in light of such large orders…because as people picked up their orders, they thanked the employees and told them to have a good day. As did I. Great job. Awesome teamwork!,

That’s the most undisciplined environment I’ve ever witnessed. manager scratching his head and hair several times while eating chips standing next to the guy doing food prep…. Please care about what you’re doing or go work somewhere else cause That’s our food you are infecting with your unsanitary habits. Thanks

Completely messed up my sandwich. If they would read the receipt to see what I ordered, we wouldn’t have a problem. Also takes forever to get your order. They’re too focused on getting the online orders done, so they have tons of people standing around waiting.
