They don’t call this place freaky fast for nothing! I stopped in to pick up a sandwich before heading home! I was hungry so I ordered the Hunters Club #10 – with a half a pound of roast beef! I like the fact that this place is not only fast but always consistently tasty!

We ordered two sandwiches for delivery while working from home from this Jimmy Johns that is 0.6 miles from our house and it took 1.5 hours to get to your apartment. Not to mention their phone was turned off so we could not get ahold of the store to know what was going on. Nor did we receive an apology or explanation once the food did arrive.

Horrible Experience. I tried to place a large order, which would have easily been over $50 but they aren’t able to give me change. They said we would need the exact amount. That is a ridiculous policy.

My delivery was an hour late. Understandable withbthe short staff now adays. But when i called to check on the status, even though my app said they had left the store, the lady stated the driver was walking out the door at that time. The appbsaid they had left 20 minutes prior from a store that is 1.2 miles away from their destination. I asked her if she knew what order i was soeaking about and she stated my name.. but i swear i was being as polite as possible but i could litterally hear this lady roll her eyes at me. Glad im just working in this area because i would hate to have this as my local JJs… wont ask for their service again.
