Really unfortunate experience at this location. I had my meal delivered. I ordered the Beach Club and my sandwich was completely wrong. It had random extra slices of bread inside of it instead of turkey – there was one piece of turkey on the entire sandwich. One single cucumber, and an abundance of old lettuce. Additionally, there was a hair in it. My order also arrived without its chips. When I called, I was unable to reach anyone.

Taken over TWO MONTHS for a refund. May 27th, I placed and online order to be delivered to Unity Hotel and Conference Center. Took an hour to arrive. Bread was rock hard on both sandwiches, sandwich had one slice of meat in it. Toppings were missing. Called for a refund, was given rewards points instead of a refund. I eventually found out my points can only be used at that particular location. BUT I DONT LIVE IN KANSAS CITY. i was in town for a wedding.

Just ordered a sub to-go & got home & discovered they’re using “day old bread”. This particular store must not do much volume & are forced to use “stale” bread. Will not be back & will give business to Jersey Mikes just a few blocks away.

This Jimmy John’s brand sells a line of sandwiches called “slims.” They will add cheese and avocado to these sandwiches but if you ask them to any veggies or sauce, they will flat out refuse to do it. I would ask what the logic to this is but the answer is that there is no logic. It is just a moronic policy that is rude and disrespectful to their customers. The solution is easy though, eat at ANY OTHER sandwich shop, where they will happily add anything they have available to any sandwich. Ya know, like normal people.

I placed my order at 10:46 am for an 11:30 delivery. I waited over 2 1/2 hours for my food and never received it. I tried to call several times got hung up on 3 times and told to hold 3 other times. No one came back to the phone. I will not order from JJ on blue parkway in lees summit again. There service is horrible and they are not freaky fast which is gm false advertisement!

This store is usually a waste of time and very frustrating. They are perpetually understaffed, so they sometimes only take web pickups and tell others to leave, sometimes they just keep their doors locked, or sometimes they just don’t have bread. I used to be a regular to the location, but I’ve been turned away over 5 times now, due to staffing issues over a several month period, so I’m done going here. Customer time is important and this place is not freaky fast, if they’re even open to the public.

I ordered at 1219p and was told it was out for delivery at 1246p. I called corporate customer service because this location was not answering their phone the 1/2 dozen times I’ve tried to find out what’s going on. They answered 1x said nothing and hung up…so corporate couldn’t get a hold of this location either. She said she would email the owners about the slow service. It’s now over 2 hours later and still no order was delivered. I did get a notification it was delivered at 145p but it was not. FINALLY got someone at the store…told him it was never delivered??? And he said the system automatically says it is delivered after a certain amount time. I’ve given up at this point. Requested a refund from corporate and they gave me a free sandwich on my rewards. Really??? I didn’t get the 1st sandwich…you think I’m ordering another from this location? Nope!!!!!!!

Ordered a pickle, a cookie, and a drink. That was two hours ago. My place of employement is 2 minutes down the street. A girl on the phone gave me the phone number of the person to contact. The “Regional Manager” Mitchell Alexander Johnson of this location, the other LS location, and Belton, Missouri location blocked me when I asked if there was anything he could do to help with the situation. I feel bad for the staff here they seemed drained.

I placed an order in the app at 2:26 PM and waited almost an hour and still hadn’t received my order in mind you I live not even 10 minutes from the location and I called the store and said I was waiting for my order and he said oh yeah we have a delivery driver now but he’s going to come back and not be able to deliver your order so just to make sure I heard it correctly I said so my order is not getting delivered. He said no. So I proceeded to head to the location and pick my order up mind you I had also tipped as well I get back home to eat my food and my sandwich is completely wrong. I called back up there and spoke with the same person instead of our sandwiches wrong, and he said oh, I figured terrible customer service at its finest definitely will not be returning just go to Jersey Mike’s down the street!!!!!

Didn’t receive my drink with my order and didn’t receive everything on the sandwich that was supposed to come on my sandwich. Paid for delivery and gave a tip so it’s disappointing not to receive everything on the order that I was supposed to. Especially ordering a hour ahead. When I called about the missing drink they only asked for my phone number and said they would “credit” the 3 dollars back. No confirmation or anything. Not my first bad experience at this Jimmy John’s location.
