We ordered delivery 4.5 hrs later no food. We called at 1 hr. Then we went up to location and they explained the delivery driver “quit and blocked manager and workers numbers” they then made the process of making it right Impossible. Wanted us to pay for and order We placed 4.5 hrs ago. What a mess we will not go back. I understand not being able to get the right help. You should always make it right when you drop the ball as a business.

This Jimmy John’s brand sells a line of sandwiches called “slims.” They will add cheese and avocado to these sandwiches but if you ask them to any veggies or sauce, they will flat out refuse to do it. I would ask what the logic to this is but the answer is that there is no logic. It is just a moronic policy that is rude and disrespectful to their customers. The solution is easy though, eat at ANY OTHER sandwich shop, where they will happily add anything they have available to any sandwich. Ya know, like normal people.

Was met with straight hostility from getting out of the car and one guy thought he could talk to me any way so I asked if there was a problem? He talked like he wanted to do something then I try to order it being my first time there so I tried to find what I wanted on the menu and I said can I get a jalapeño something and he replies jalapeño something in a rude tone. Who do y’all hire ? Why is customer service so hard to find these days?

i love this jimmy johns! i order here very often for pickup and they are always so friendly, accurate, and in my opinion make the best sandwiches comparatively to the jimmy johns we have in the area. i’d rather drive to this location specifically then go to any other jimmy john’s i’m nearby! i ❤️ this place.

Yesterday I stopped in to get a Turkey Tom unwich. It’s my favorite. This time not at all. The sandwich was basically to the point of not eatable. You couldn’t hold it, the mayo or something was bad. I told the girl that was making it that there was no way for me to hold that or even eat it. She seemed to not care. So I took it. When I got home it fell apart.

Staff member seemed like he did not know what he was doing. He touched the back of his visor with the glove he made my sandwich with. Bread was hard barely consumable I had to go home and slice the top of the bread just so I could eat it. Terrible experience. I can tell this location does not have a lot of business.

We ordered 40 minutes ago and the sandwiches have not been delivered. When we called to ask if they had the right address, we were given several reasons why they were not delivered yet but not given an apology. Instead the manager asked if we wanted to cancel the order. I have always liked Jimmy John’s and our home town Jimmy John’s has always delivered FREAKISHLY fast. This manager was rude. The person answering the phone was polite and delivery guy was nice. The manager is not worthy of the job.

I rarely give poor reviews, but felt the need to notify anyone who is on a 30 min lunch schedule a fair warning. I placed my order at 11:42am for one large sandwich. Didnt receive sandwich until 12:58pm . This Akin road Jimmy location is approximately 4 miles away from the delivery point it was supposed to make. Not sure if it was lack of staffing or poor management, but either way, I don’t feel a customer that pays delivery fee + a tip deserves this type of service.
