Will never eat at this jimmy johns again. I got a sandwich a quartered pickle and an Oatmeal raisen cookie. The sandwich was bad the pickle was rotten see picture and they gave me a chocolate chip cookie. How does someone cut up a rotten pickle and still give it to a customer? This is kust ridiculous.

Food was good, and the service, not so much. The lady taking orders didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and seemed annoyed by having to take orders. Maybe they were just having an off day, there did seem to be some tension between the employees. Probably won’t eat in again and just order for pick up going forward.

So the main reason I go to Jimmy Johns instead of any other place when in the mood for a veggie sandwich is for their usually delicious, usually soft, usually fresh, usually THICK sliced wheat bread, but not this time, I commented on the slice size and was told that she didn’t cut, I commented that that’s the main part of tge sandwich, I was ignored. Yes, I could have made a scene but I resolved to never visit the Jimmy John’s on Noland and to write this review

This is my normal go to jimmy johns location but after tonight that may have to change, we pulled up to the drive through and wait about 5 minutes at the speaker with nobody saying anything by boyfriend spoke up trying to see if somebody was there and still nothing, we pulled around front to see employees inside, that’s when we decided we’ll just try to go inside, my boyfriend went in first and asked if they were closed cause the employees we’re definitely making us feel like they were, the man who took our order was very rude, the music in the building once we were inside was so loud the employees were having to yell to even communicate with each other the floor was wet with no signage. Tonight was by far my worst jimmy johns experience, which is a shame cause we eat here normally once a week

The worker was super unfriendly today. I have always been a fan of JJ but now I’m reevaluating my loyalty. $31 for two sandwiches but I’m getting half of the sandwich I would get from their competitors. Why do they carve out some of the bread? To make it even smaller? Why in the world would a $15 turkey sub not come with cheese? Was going to cost $2.38 to add cheese. Lol. I’d recommend going to goodcents a few doors down instead.

Came in to order a sandwich no lettuce extra mayonnaise and onion and 5 secs after I payed for it it was already made to go! I thought it was good service until I got home and my sandwich was made nothing how I ordered it, filled with lettuce and little to no mayonnaise! 2 workers Pathetic basically rushed me out

Normally delivery is fine but today I called up to order and was informed I was outside of the delivery area before I gave an address….I’ve ordered here for years to the same address. The guy looked it up and said it is in range and would be 10-20 minutes…..now 40 minutes later and my food has still not arrived, I called and they said we’ll it probably didn’t go through on the app sorry….I ordered through the phone sooooo that’s not right. Then she went and checked and said oh we put the wrong address. I have never experienced this from this location and I hope it is not a situation that continues to occur.
