Came to Jimmy Johns for the first time. They have a new employee named Chris who made the whole experience a great one. He is definitely a valuable asset to the company and a friendly face when you first come through the door. I can’t wait to come back and try other sandwiches. I got the Gargantuan which had so much meat. This is 1000 times better than S*bw*y or any other local sandwich places. Home made fresh bread and lots of meat.

Pay attention to your total at Jimmy Johns in PB! Our EXACT same purchase from Friday ($20.96) plus a bottle of water totaled $31.49…. was told that bottle of water was $2 and some change… went in try to resolve the issue and understand why it came up to that price the worker was super rude and told me to come talk to the GM tomorrow. Sweet tea was absolutely disgusting and moms sandwich tasted like it had horse radish on it.. my other 2 experiences were wonderful and the workers amazing but this lady made me mad!

Jimmy John’s in poplar bluff missouri has excellent food and service. I’ve only went to a substandard Jimmy John and that was in New Mexico. My first Jimmy John was in Cape Girardeau, missouri. That places rocks too.

I usually have a great experience, but today the employee at the drive thru window was extremely rude. He slapped the counter when I asked about lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich. Rolled his eyes with every comment. I finally gave him a piece of advice and told him he needed to figure out what good customer service was because he sucked at it. I’ll take a break from the poplar bluff location.

The sandwiches were great. The girl that took my order acted too busy to be curious though. When I asked a couple questions when ordering I felt rushed and I was the only car in line. Then when I went around and paid and picked up my food, she never said a word. No “thank you” what so ever. No smile. Nothing!
