A Shoe
For a store that claims to be “freaky fast” it was the slowest sandwich place I’ve ever been to. The food was OK tasting, however their items were lacking. The ranch dressing was super runny and the whole wheat bread was too thick and short leaving the toppings to fall out the sides. The staff was very helpful in answering questions but were limited with “corporate” regulations that didn’t allow us to really customize our meal the way we wanted.

Food is always good and correct. I frequent this location and I always have a good take-out experience. Delivery varies — sometimes they just don’t knock (despite specifically requesting them to and leaving a good tip) so my food can be sitting outside with me having no idea that it’s even there. The tracking isn’t always accurate, so it will often say it’s still out for delivery until I decide to run downstairs and look outside to see the food sitting there for who-knows how long.

To the Hannah chick who left a 1 star saying “weird experience” obviously has no idea how to take a joke. The employees often crack jokes and break the “kiss ass” customer service attitude offering a more realistic person to person experience. They are polite, forgiving, and are willing to have a good time with the customers when times get slow.

The food was decent, nothing to make this place stand out. The (I assume was the manager) was sharp towards my wife and I when we asked about the condiments. They charge extra for changing what sauce was on the sandwich. There is nothing about this place that gives me a reason to go back.

Over an hour from order time to delivery, 30mins of which it was marked “out for delivery” and the delivery location was only 2 blocks away from the store. Left feedback on JJ’s site and it asked if I would like to be contacted by someone, answered yes, never heard a word. Only giving 2 stars because the food was good at least.

We called at 9 am with an order for 10 meals that needed to be delivered no later than 11:45. This was explained and agreed to . At 11:55 we called and they told us they were finishing up the drinks and our delivery would be out “soon”. After 12 we called and again at 12:20 (5 minutes after our group scheduled lunch break was over). I asked to speak to the manager who when she got on the phone said “we are doing the best we can”. No apology, no offer to attempt to make it up to us. Our instructor literally didn’t get to eat until the next break because Jimmy Johns could not deliver on time and did not seem to mind that they overpromised and underdelivered. Very disappointing. Corporate has just responded (a week later) with a $10 gift card. Too little too late.
