Usually I enjoy this location, but today not so much. I asked for no cheese (dietary reasons) and got cheese, I didn’t notice until I ate half the sandwich, so now I’m dealing with throat problems. The sandwich tasted fine, but there was no lettuce on half of it and hardly any meat on the sandwich, which is not like this location to do that at all, especially when people pay $10 for a sandwich here. The workers were nice as usual, kind of slow for how they usually are which isn’t a huge deal. I would have rather gone to subway for the toppings if I wasn’t so nauseated by the bread smell (I worked there a long time ago).

Everything was delicious except my sandwich had way too much mayonnaise on it. Don’t get me wrong, I love mayo but the amount on this sandwich made it hard to eat without shooting globs of mayo everywhere.

Order from here often, and it’s usually pretty good. Today, I got a #9. Half the lettuce is brown, a couple tomatoes are half green, meat is significantly less than normal. I order jimmy johns a lot, so I can tell when A sandwich feels lighter as soon as I pick it up, especially since I order the same thing EVERY TIME. I would suggest never ordering delivery from here because clearly they don’t check sandwiches before they go out.

JJ’s has gotten worse than ever at just about every store. I ordered my usual #14 and when I got to my work to eat it, it was a chicken wrap of some sort. This is just poor service. I’d call and complain, but as my wife has found, it does no good.

idk if it’s the fact that I can’t have my sammie seasoned, I have to ask for my wrap to be cut, or the fact that I have to ask for a bag to carry my sandwich, chips, and drink in one hand while also attempting to carry my purse and keys…….its giving very much “ghetto” mixed with a bit of poor service. I felt a bit singled out so I asked and apparently the “blue haired” manager said it was a “Jimmy John’s standard”. (eyeroll). The food was otherwise good but I’d rather go to a different location for better service.

I order delivery a lot and Jimmy John’s service has always been great. Today our delivery driver accidentally spilled my drink in her car. She apologized, offered to bring another one, and some treats for my dogs!! I told her she didn’t have to but 15/20 minutes later she came back with my drink AND COOKIES. (She made sure the oatmeal cookie was okay for my pups). I wish I had asked her name because she deserves a promotion;)) the nicest experience I’ve ever had with anyone in the food business. My doggos loved the cookie and I hope your car is okay girl!

I paid for extra Ham and did not get it, there were 4 slices, I had one on wheat and it was on white, I asked for no onions, guess what! I got onions, I ordered and paid for 2 pickles and only got 1. I am already not a big fan, my asked to order this. I will never order from here again, waste of money.

Boy is this place GREAT(yes, I have to put it in caps to emphasize how much I love it). I come here a lot, and when I say a lot I mean A LOT. The customer service here is amazing. The staff is by far the best I have ever had to deal with at any other jimmy Jones in my area. I sometimes have to come through drive through or inside and no matter what I am welcomed with smiles and “hello sir’s”.
