This location is consistent. I will say that. this location consistently gets my order wrong and consistently doesn’t replace it and can’t find it when I go into the store. The staff at the store are rude and not welcoming. They don’t say hello. They Just Look at you and so instead of asking to take your order or can they help you. I work for a big health care system and we order lunch at that. Jimmy John’s frequently and every time our order is incorrect. They have now lost a big amount of money!! Please train your people to be professional and customer service oriented!!!

Every time I order here, I get the completely wrong food. Like not the wrong topping on my sandwich – someone else’s order entirely. They made it right which I’m thankful for but I’m so sick of having to open my friend’s food and put my hands all over it to check it in the store before I go home or risk taking a second trip back. It’s not that hard!

Ok, when you’re at a place that hands you a freshly made sandwich to order before you can finish paying…. That’s fast! And the nine grain bread is so soft and fresh. Toppings didn’t disappoint either for freshness and amount.

Always a fan of this location. Understaffing is taking its toll for sure. Ordered a sandwich for delivery and they told me they didn’t have a driver. They offered to void my prepaid order and make it for pickup. I drove down and got my sandwich. The manager, Jacob, threw in two extra cookies for the inconvenience. I got home and opened the bag and my giant sandwich was just a regular. I called the store and they took the full price of my sandwich off. 4 stars for quality, but 5 stars for good customer service.

Despite the horrible weather today, Jeremy and his coworker (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!) were terrific! They were kind, and made our to go order quickly. They could have easily closed the store, or said they were closed like several other locations did, but they kept it going and had very positive attitudes.

I’ve had good experiences here and extremely bad experiences here. Flip a coin when you go in because you might get good or you might get bad. Customer service is not great. Usually one somewhat friendly person in the group of three/four, but the others look like they don’t want to be there and I’m annoying them by walking in. It’s Jimmy John’s, though, so the sandwiches are hard to screw up, so just get your food and leave.
