We order from her a few times a week. Friday night, I ordered delivery for my son. It took an hour and 20 minutes for them to get here! I called 2-3 times checking and they told me it’d be there in 10 mins. Then waited 30 and called back. They said they meant 10 mins for their driver to get back to store. Then waited another 30 mins. It’s ridiculous. I called again and they were like it’s normal.

Worst Jimmy Johns sandwich I’ve ever received. Bread was soggy, no mayo, hardly any lettuce. They forgot by bags of chips and 45 minutes for delivery. Very disappointing! 2 stars because the girl that answered the phone was very nice about it.

Oh ol’ faithful, how I love you so. I would give ten stars if I could. I’ve never had a bad experience with this wonderful sandwich transaction service location. All of the employees at this location deserve medals for their honor. They are more reliable than the 4.3L Vortex motor with the 3L60E transmission, just kickin strong, 500,000 miles no problem, always starts right up. They’re on time more often than Japans’ bullet train. I ❤ U, never stop being you, and stay golden.
