As much as I love Jimmy Johns, I really can no longer continue to support this location. I ordered delivery from here 1/2 dozen times or so, and on average, I would say it takes an hour and 15 minutes for my food to arrive. While annoying, considering they brand themselves as “freaky fast,” I would be fine with it if they had a better tracking system. Staffing is difficult right now so I have thus far given them the benefit of the doubt.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Horrendous experience. Waited for an hour for delivery and after receiving no updates, i ended up going to the store myself. Manager was totally unsympathetic and said “we only have one driver”. My sandwich was just sitting on the counter. I got my food and asked for them to refund my delivery fee and tip and she said she didn’t need to see my order number and that she would take care of it. Well stupid me, I trusted her. Now it’s 2 weeks later and surprise, the charge is still there. And of course the store doesn’t answer their phones ever. I’ve reached out to corporate and haven’t heard a thing.

Came and spent54.74 for a work lunch got back to the shop and was missing two sandwiches. Left what I had so people could eat lunch and went back. I had to rebuy my food because they would not refund me because I didn’t have food in hand. I would have wasted my time over $20 but they lost my business. We usually go once a week to feed our shop.

As much as I’d love for this place to bounce back from their whole being stolen from by staff issue I don’t see them employing people who even care. They’re very hit and miss. When they hit they hit but they miss often. I am tired of placing orders only to wait to see if my credit card clears or if I even get food that day. This place is embarrassing I’m embarrassed for JJ and sunset hills for allowing such a mediocre business to take such prime real estate..don’t ask for it to be left on your porch vs in person delivery..they will steal it LOL classy

We placed a mobile order on March 5th. While in route to pick up our order, received a phone call informing us they were unable to fullfil the order. They had ran out bread (our order was placed during lunch hours). They proceeded to tell us they would refund the money back to our payment method. However it’s been 11 days and no refund. I tried contacting the store and it went to a full voicemail. I also tried calling corporate, and was told this is a franchise store and they would have to process the refund. I shouldn’t have to be fighting to get a refund on a purchase you were unable to deliver! There is no excuse that makes this acceptable. Think twice before ordering from this store or your just going to be out money with nothing to show for it.

Waited forever at the speaker, didn’t answer. We drove to the window and saw people in there with everything on. We drove back around to the speaker again and still no answer, but when we went to the window again there was no one to be seen and all monitors and lights were off. We tried to call and no one answered. No wonder they only have 2 stars. Terrible.

I’ve been waiting to order for 15 mins, they told me to hold on twice because they’re working on a large order. Three cars are behind me. They just informed me that they won’t be taking my order for another 20 mins because the large order takes preference over drive through orders like mine.

We started going here before our monthly game nights with friends. At first, it was great. Last month and now this month, we arrive to find it either totally closed or dining room closed. Both times it has been WELL before the posted closing time. Sad to see a good location go bad so fast.
