The workers at this location are so rude. My girlfriend and I went on Friday night to get some food for my family. We ordered online and pulled straight up to the window when we got there. We waited for 10 minutes and the worker finally opened the window and told us he wouldn’t help us. He wanted us to pull back around and tell the speaker first even though we were at the window and told him what we were there for. (Keep in mind that no one was in line for the drive through and it was around midnight.) After the worker argued with us for a few minutes, we pulled back around to the speaker. No one came on for 5 minutes and when they finally got on, they just told us to pull up to the window. Bottom line is they just wanted to be rude for no reason. Will not be coming to this location again.

By far this is the best Jimmy John’s location. First my sandwich was made perfectly to order. It was very fresh. The staff was friendly and fast in and out. Note: I move around all over town and the only fast food for me for lunch is Jimmy John’s. Take my word this location by far is the best. The inside is very clean as well. I wish I worked in this area all the time. I was even told my cologne smells great. What a great atmosphere. Thanks guys for the awesome experience.

I wont return. No customer service. 2 people working. No one acknowledged me until afte about 4 minutes and it was not even service communication you would expect from someone making your food and serving you. HARD TO TIP now days. Sat the bag on the counter with the receipt on the sandwich. How is anyone supposed to know its their order without touching the stiff or having to ask the worker.

Wanted a quick sandwich after a long day. Went through the drive-thru sat by the drive-thru order speaker for 5 minutes with nobody answering me. Decided to call the store, the employee that picked up was extremely rude saying I’ve been talking to you when clearly he wasn’t. Pulled up and ordered at the window, I was the only person in drive-thru and there was two cars in the whole parking lot and it still took over 15 minutes to get my sandwich, which was made wrong. There was two employees in the back of the building smoking and the whole parking lot smelled like weed. Which nobody gives a care about anymore but when it’s affecting work. Will not be coming back.

Absolutely the most rude staff. Used the drive thru to order 3 sandwiches for my employees, was told the drive thru wasn’t available for more than 2 sandwiches and I would need to come inside. Plenty of workers doing nothing but talking, using foul language and playing on their phones. When I got back to work and opened my sandwich, they had left out the turkey, leaving just lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayo. Is it really so hard to make a sandwich and be kind to paying customers? Does management ever do anything? My employees love the fact that JJ’s is close and cheap but none of us will be returning because of rude and incompetent workers and no show management.

This location is awful. They are so rude and never gets my order right. I’ve politely asked to get the correct one, and got hung up on. This happened several times before and I have ignored the mistakes but their customer service, food service, and overall experience here is awful. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They got my order wrong and the bread seemed like it was in the oven a bit too long (bottom was VERY crunchy and a bit burnt). I ordered a club lulu with no tomato, add onion, and a club tuna with onion. I got my club lulu…..and another club lulu with cucumber and tomato.

It took over an hour to get out food. We called the store and no one picked up. When they finally answered, the person who answered was rude and abrasive. Freaky fast is 100% false for this location. Food seemed OK once it got to us?!

I ordered my food for delivery at 2:48 and at 2:58 the food was in my hands (I work 7 mins from the restaurant)! In my experience, they were really fast and my order was accurate and tasty, so 5 stars.

the two…women…working the drive thru are rude as hell and have terrible customer service.. how you rushing somebody when they’re ordering when it’s your job to MAKE SANDWICHES ??.. if you don’t wanna be a SANDWICH MAKER, find you a different occupation.. simple.. nobody FORCED you to be a SANDWICH MAKER.. now, next time put napkins in the bag AND give me my receipt.
