Visiting and ordered a regular turkey sub. I literally was given a half a piece of turkey, two big slices of provolone cheese which I did not ask for that kind. Also a fist full of lettuce which I said no to. So I was charge $10 for a damn bun, lettuce, and tomato. OK Jimmy John’s! I will never order from any jimmy john’s ever again.

Never had an issue with this location until Monday. My order took almost 2 hours to make it to me, but I understand that things happen and orders run behind. Cool. However, I guess the tip I gave in cash wasn’t enough for the delivery person because SOMEBODY decided to take extra money off my card. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful!

Took an hour for my ONE sandwich to get delivered less than a half mile away. When I placed the order they couldn’t even give me an estimate of how long it would take but I didn’t think it would be that long. When I called to check they couldn’t find my order because they didn’t ask for my name. Seemed unorganized.
