Asked for a Little John Combo. In response to what kind of sandwich, the guy said they couldn’t do the Lulu, and I told him I had never been to Jimmy John’s so I didn’t know that. He said the Little John had to be a sandwich of 1 through 6 on the board, so I said a Turkey Tom. I was charged extra for cheese, but NOT given the combo meal that I asked for… just the sandwich. I just left w/o saying anything… cuz, I won’t be going back.

Washington MO Jimmy John’s was amazing today. The young man at register went above and beyond to make our experience great. I couldn’t ask for more. He and the manager (I think) were very helpful in specially cutting up sandwiches for us and so friendly. I will happily return.

We ordered a very large order of food for our masonic lodge and paid a bunch of money to them. We discovered that every Sandwich only had one paper-thin slice of meat on it. The manager basically told us to pack sand. We will never be back and we will never recommend Jimmy John’s in Washington, Missouri.

Spent almost 20 minutes in the drive through that only had 4/5 cars in front of me and what seemed like a relaxed amount of in store customers coming and going. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I assumed they were understaffed. Nope. Place was fully staffed and nobody seemed to be in a hurry. Will be taking my business to the union location from now on

Man I got my sandwich and it was so good!!! And my soda was still good what really made my night was the driver I don’t know her name but man she was fast at getting here came up to the door with a good smile and a great and friendly attitude!! I am a driver elsewhere myself and I know how hard it can be but seriously everything was awesome even down to customer service thanks guys gonna order again!!!

I thought they were Freaky Fast. Put in an order at around 11:45 called the store at 12 said they finally left. Didn’t get here till 22 mins later and I’m across the street a bit… food is always amazing
