Been a long time customer of this store and company. Lately this particular store has been very disappointing. Today was the icing on the cake when I received a little john turkey and cheese sandwich when I ordered and paid for the jimmy cubano. When the entire staff is clearly goofing off while messing up orders that is the ultimate slap in the face as a paying customer. I go to Jimmy Johns for lunch during work because it is quick so I don’t have time nor should I have to return to the store to get it corrected. Do better.

Best location around! EPIC customer service, seriously freaky fast and fantastic location. Can’t beat the drive thru either. Despite this location being 5 miles further from me compared to the location that is only 1 mile from me, I opt for this location and will fight 270 traffic just to get to and from it each time because they simply ARE THE BEST.

Very disappointed today. The restraunt wrote a passive aggressive note on my sandwich “Get a 12”- my order is close to a twelve but not quite. I called to just let someone know and they bold faced lie and said that it was a note for themselves.

I just walked in and paid $20 for one sub sandwich. The staff acted like I had just hit their dog with my car the entire time. I now understand why the parking lot is always empty.

Put in an order 20 minutes early and they hadnt started it when we got there. 6 employees all sitting around playing cards and none of them made our food. Go to a different location or go to subway….

Turkey sandwich without a Turkey. We went first time to try Jimmy John’s food, the cashier took my order wrong, however we were in hurry, i ate the veggie sandwich anyhow as the price was same and i wasn’t in a mood to argue. Jimmy John’s don’t have Chicken sandwich but have 3 different type of pork… Surprise!!

This location is under new ownership and it’s obvious. It’s open later than 5p and it’s also open on Sunday’s now. The bread quality has improved 10 fold. Glad to have a reliable sandwich option in Maryland Heights again!!
