On a Saturday 12pm – Ordering for in store pick up, only to find out store is closed inside. There’s apparently 1 employee. Waited 35 minutes in the DRIVE THROUGH line for in store pick up.

The staff at this store is amazing! We had a short stay at a nearby hospital. I had an issue with door dash. They took care of everything and were soo friendly and I’ll even say compassionate. If I lived closer this would definitely be the store I’d visit! Thank you Chris and Dina!!

Very unprofessional greeting. Went by at 8:45pm after leaving the hospital and was told they were closed, even thought they are meant to be open until 9pm. Staff sounded intoxicated.

We showed up at 8:30PM when they close at 9. The employees were clearly working to close down the restaurant, but without any hesitation, they stopped what they were doing to serve us. They were very conscientious about the specifics of our order and even took a moment to ask about our travels (as we were rather obviously vacationing). Huge thanks to this crew for taking care of us. Excellent job!

Listening to customers must not be important as I ask for a sandwich without tomatoes since I’m allergic. All they needed to do was listen instead of joking around behind the counter. The guy looked less than happy to take my order. I should’ve eaten it just to cause a medical emergency for them.

Without a doubt the worst JJ location in the entire Stl area. The unprofessional attitude is inexcusable. The person at the drive thru window said “fucking” and “fuck” multiple times, unprovoked and unwarranted. I placed the order online and went to pick it up 10-15 minutes later. They handed us one item at a time. And when it was mentioned that we ordered and paid for more cookies and bags of chips than we received the worker was rude and used the language mentioned above- the children in the car heard him loud and clear.

I never leave reviews, but had to after my TERRIBLE experience today! First of all, the woman who took my order sounded like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there – extremely rude! My sandwiches were not fresh. The bread was hard as a rock! Got BOTH of my sandwiches wrong. The tomatoes were soggy and the turkey tasted expired. The ham was rubbery and not able to be consumed. Horrible experience!

The rude lady handed me my food without saying a word, rolled her eyes and walked away without responding to me. There was no conflict so not sure why she was so hostile. Go somewhere else where you are not a bother to them.
