There were 6 employees behind the counter and none of them seemed to have time to run the cash register or sandwich line. Three of them played (wrapped trash liners around another’s neck, interrupted the others while making sandwiches, one called another the N word) while 3 customers waited for food and another 2 waited to have their orders taken. One customer complained about the lack of service and was meet with an argument that he should asked for help if he wanted a sandwich. That customer walked out. These kids need more supervision. I relayed the story to my in-laws and they said that is nothing new for this store. My sandwich bread was undercooked and was doughy as well.

Their hours online are a lie. They close at 3 pm on weekdays. What a joke. Not in all my days have I ever seen a sandwich shop that closes at 3 pm, right when the peak eating window is opening for most people. Completely blown away by that level of incompetence.

If ya’ll are gonna start closing at 3pm, at least change your hours. I placed an online order with NO issue. I’ve now wasted 15 dollars and gas trying to pick up food at a CLOSED store. Then the when we called we were just told it’d be refunded the next day. I get no one gets paid enough to care anymore, but this is just plain irritating.

I love JJs but this location is absolutely terrible. Every time I order here it takes forever. Today I ordered online an hour in advance and it was still 17 minutes late. Not fast. You won’t freak. But you might lose your mind waiting in the overcrowded claustrophobic dining area while your order is slowly put together.

Not freaky fast slowest place I have been to. Ordered online for instore pickup at 11am for 12 pm arrived at 12pm walked out at 12:20 for a simple turkey sandwich. While waiting I observed a worker get mad because someone spilled his drink. He proceeded to pout and stomp over to soda machine to refill it pushing an older lady out of the way. Would never return.

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would the first order took an hour and a half to get her an it was wrong. The reason I was told was they ran out of bread. Really come on. Got a store credit so thought I would give them a second chance it took 45 minutes to get her now we are located 3.1 miles away from there store. Spoke to the Store MGR DAN very rude acted like I was bothering him. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I order from JImmy John’s.

The food is ok. normally, Jimmy John’s sandwiches taste fresh, but the meat at this location has not been good on several occasions. The staff is excellent, which is why I continue to go, but I find myself leaning towards the Panera across the street if I’m in the mood for a sandwich.

If I could give a score lower than 1 I would. AWFUL service. I am unable to leave because of my job so I had it delivered, I work RIGHT ACROSS the street, maybe 2 minute drive. Ordered at 11:56am, 1 comes around; still no food. Track the order, said it was delivered but was not. Had a coworker call due to me being busy, he cussed at her and said to call back in 30 minutes when the manager was back.. Not sure why they would leave someone untrained alone at the restaurant incase an issue were to arise; like one did. This is the second time this has happened from this location. What happened to “freaky fast”?
