What happened to freaky fast? I placed an order for 2 sandwiches for delivery and a whole hour goes by and no sandwiches. Call the store and they tell me the delivery driver left the store 40 minutes ago so it should be here any minute. It’s been 15 minutes since I made that call and still no sandwiches. I’m sorry but Lincoln is not that big. No way it should take that long to drop off orders. Either stop taking orders for delivery or get a new driver. This is beyond ridiculous.

We were greeted very RUDELY by the manager saying “it’ll be at least 20 min until we can take your order”, then after about 5 minutes she told us they didn’t have enough bread. It was clear she was overwhelmed but did not need to take it out on us!

Whoever has been making the bread in the past week cannot get it right, either they over or under cook it. Missing items on my sandwich, might as well paid for a Slim. Im a regular customer here, but not anymore.
