Waited 30 minutes for an online pickup order while they made sandwiches for about 20 people that just walked in. Got told, “we don’t know when you’re doing to show up with online orders.” Even as I was waiting other people walked in, ordered, amd got their food while we just stood there. Never coming here again.

food is great, however it seems every time we order from this store it’s a 50/50 that the sandwich’s are cut in half. we always order them cut but like i said this has been on going for sometime. i dont understand, it takes more time to make a sandwich, then it would be to cut them.

I ordered 3 meals…. waited over half an hour for my food to be delivered literally half a block away….. once food was delivered, each meal was missing chips. I called, and was assured that the driver would be right out with the chips. It has been 45 minutes and a second phone call since then, and still nothing. The second call, I was informed the the driver WOULD NOT be right out, instead would be out once they filled enough orders to send him back out. I think its highly upsetting that I have to sit here, put my dinner off, for their mistake. Im not sure how to make an ACTUAL complaint, so here, read it!!!

The customer service here is outstanding! I had one order that was made wrong, but when I called the store, the guy was super friendly and apologetic! He made me a new sandwich right away! Oh and the Kickin Chicken is delicious!

This location is awesome!! I had an issue with an order, and they took care of me stupendously, with a nice store credit (we had to eat our sandwiches on the run, couldn’t take care of it that night). When I called to do a replacement order, the manager took care of taKing my order, and told me that the driver would be here asap. The driver was here very quickly, the sandwiches were perfect, and they had even written Thank You on both wrappers. I realize mistakes are made, but how the situation is handled by the company, in order to rectify it, is what really counts. This Jimmy Johns did right by me! Thanks JJ
