Last two days I’ve ordered just two items a wrap and cookie it has taken more than 30+ minutes just on the delivery of my food today my wrap and chips took 43 minutes to be delivered my house is only half a mile away from the store I’m aware that other deliveries could or are being delivered before mine but never again will I be using delivery

Ordering jimmy johns was by the far the worst decision I made this week. I had just spent 17 dollars on a plain sandwich with barely anything on it in the first place. Then just to top it off I didn’t even receive the drink I payed for. the best part of the meal was the pickle and even that was extra for the meal. If I could give any good advice just go to Subway, at least their sandwiches are worth the 16 dollar meal…

Always always very kind and friendly people working! They always great you as soon as you get in the door! The food never disappoints!! I always get the same thing and ask for extra vinaigrette and this is the only Jimmy John’s that actually has listened to that request! I appreciate it so much! It’s the little things! I always appreciate how fast they get your order ready as well! Makes my lunch break better.

This is our go to place. Love the subs. I go through the drive- thru. The employees are nice and professional although the speaker on the order menu needs repairing as it’s hard to hear what the order taker is asking.

Wasn’t a fan. I prefer Subway. I also didn’t like how I had to choose a premade sandwich and tell them what I DIDN’T want on it. Like Subway, they DON’T know what extra means. I asked for extra onions and of course barely got any. Another reason I’m not interested in the restaurant is the guy who started the restaurant is a trophy hunter who kills/ed innocent animals. Google it. I’m definitely not gonna eat at a place where the person who started the place kills innocent animals.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Taylorville, IL location since they first opened the doors. This is by far the cleanest restaurant in this town and the staff are completely amazing. Since the doors opened the staff haven’t changed. Specifically Buck, Chris “C.A.”, and Matt are the go to guys at this location. These guys have treated me like a part of the Jimmy Johns team itself. Very generous and Jimmy Johns should feel grateful to have these guys in their corporation. The food is the most consistent I’ve ever had anywhere in my life. I’ll always be a Jimmy Johns customer.
