The Worst Restaurant
Time and again, this location always disappoints. I will place an order for pickup 15 minutes ahead of time, and when I get here, I’ll still have to wait an extra 15 minutes to get my order. Every time I come here, there’s at least 5 employees standing around chatting, while frustrated customers stand in line waiting for their orders. I wouldn’t waste your time at this location, because the employees here will definitely waste your time.

My past seven experiences in a row have been horrible. Everything to no delivery drivers available so they just make you wait an hour and a half with no phone call. Then cancelled orders not being taken off my card!!! Now, the most recent I went inside the store after so many failed delivery attempts and they DON’T accept Apple Pay despite it being advertised on their website, google site, and even on the terminal in the store. This place completely fails at EVERYTHING they do. Buyer beware of this location. It’s not even worth the time.

Food was good. Little disappointed at the service. Person taking my order in drive thru was in a big hurry, and missed the fact that I told them no mayo 3 times. I have been here before many times. This is the first time I have ever had this issue.

Food is ALWAYS wrong and/or missing, consistently only have one driver so order is not followed as they rush through everything (like if ANY special instructions are on the order they NEVER follow it), terrible customer service. If you want JJs go to 18th and Broadway not this location.

Slow, slow, slow!!! I was only second in the drive-thru line and it took 10 minutes! I only saw one sandwich handed out to the car in front of me and I only had 3 sandwiches, chips, and drinks, so I know it wasn’t slow due to volume. Besides, it has been slow my last few visits.

Ordered three sandwiches, he repeated back all three and still only managed to get two on the order, one of the sandwiches we did get was supposed to have no lettuce, that instruction actually made it to the receipt yet the sandwich still had the lettuce. Both sandwiches were asked to be cut in half and guess what folks, they weren’t. If anyone in charge actually reads this, the cashier name on the ticket was Kelsi and it was on August 24th at 11:33 am. But it was actually a guy who took the order, so she shouldn’t have the blame.
