I asked for my sandwich to be made “Jimmy Style”. They had to look at the sign on the wall to remember what that meant but that’s ok. When I stand in front of the counter at a restaurant like this I feel uncomfortable watching them prepare my order. I could be standing back there. Why am I not?

Today was my first time coming to this location. I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS! I parked in handicap as I should because I have a disability not a physical one but I have one and I shouldnt have to explain it too anyone its 2023 !!! I was waiting on my sandwich for twenty mins (they were busy) another customer walks in with his mother and orders and sits down starts yelling at me saying he was going to block my car in for parking lot and call the police because i parked in the handicap spot. It no one’s business what disability I have but my plates are legit and I have handicap plates. I asked him to stop talking to me I have every right to park there and told him to call the police, he continues to yell at me but as soon as i yelled back the supervisor/manager yells call the police. I WAS THERE FIRST AND HE APPROACHED ME WITH THE NEGATIVITY but i had to leave without my food while he ate there with his mother. The fact IS NO ONE SPOKE UP AGAINST HIM. He definitely was awarded for his behavior AND I WILL NOT SUPPORT ANYTHING THAT DOES NOT SUPPORT ME. The whole situation was embarrassing and the staff members need to be trained on how to handle that instead of catering to ignorance.

Forgot my pickle… AGAIN! And the second cookie on our order. Everything else was correctly received and made right, so I’m leaving 3 stars (1 would be unfair, but they never get the order 100% right, so 3 it is). I’m not willing to drive all of the way back up there to have them make little things like this right, and calling is a complete waste of time. I should have checked the order before we left, though I shouldn’t HAVE to, because I know they always mess at least one thing up. I hate leaving only 3 stars, but folks shouldn’t have to settle for mostly right every time they spend their hard earned money on food. And this place is on the more expensive end of take-outs. We hadn’t been there in at least 6 months because of previous issues. Not sure if we’ll go back again.
