If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I ask for no mayo, I get mayo slathered on both sides of the bread. Even if you ask at the window to double check, they lie and say you’re good. I’m not good. I just threw away an $8 sandwich because there’s mayo on it when I ASKED FOR NO MAYO TWICE. this is the 6th time I’ve given them a chance and they got it right twice. And of course I’m already home when I check, because I’m so naive to think they got an order correct. So It’s not even worth driving back to the store. 0/10 will NEVER be going again. I’m going to bed hungry because Jimmy John’s doesn’t know how to complete an order correctly

I was asked if I had rewards when I ordered, but not when I got to the window and paid nothing was said about it again till after I paid and brought it up. I was told there was a place I could go back and put my rewards on there online, but I never found it. Now I’m still two sandwiches away from getting a free one instead of one.

I work approximately 5 blocks away. The last 4-5 times anyone from my office has ordered food, it has taken AN HOUR to AN HOUR AND A HALF to be delivered. For sandwiches that take 30 seconds to make and a drivetime of 5 minutes, it’s absolutely absurd. No wonder it’s not advertised as Freaky Fast anymore.

Usually I don’t have problems here. But today, I stopped in to get a sandwich for lunch before work and when I opened it up there was literally one single piece of Turkey on the entire sandwich. Was very disappointed, I paid 8 dollars for some bread and lettuce 🙁

The worst Jimmy John’s there is in Champaign-Urbana area you want a good Jimmy John’s go up on prospect you go to this one and you’re spending $10 a sub with no toppings even when you tell them extra they don’t give it to you you pull up to the window and the guys stoned out of his mind and Reno 911 sunglasses on moving one mile an hour messed up my whole order after I stress them about putting extra on it they put less on it every time you go there they don’t put any lettuce on it hardly any onions anything you ask for he said I thought it was light well maybe if you weren’t so high when I did call up there and ask to speak to a manager he said he was it I said what is your name he said that doesn’t matter it’s not important that’s real professional save your money and go to prospect place the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to across the United States.. ..
