This is twice in a row that they botched a simple order. I know the drill now, I get a reply on here from corporate saying to please report it online, then the local owner apologizes and gives me a $5 credit. I’d rather just have my order right.

I wish there was a lower rating. More than once I’ve had my order messed up here. Didn’t receive my chips in one order. I receive a medium pop in a large cup every time I order. I work in the food industry, as well as fast food or just restaurants, so I understand being “that customer.” With that being said, I’ve never called before until the last time I ordered and today. Someone in this store has a vendetta against me or something because when I order for my boyfriend and I, his food and drink he ordered under my account is perfect every time. Today I ordered bacon on my sandwich like any other time. No bacon. No straw and a medium pop in a large cup. When I called last time they told me mistakes happen. I get that. But when it’s every time I order. That’s no longer an accident.

“Freaky Fast,” but not “Freaky Fresh.” Put an order in for pickup at 3:15-3:30. Given that it’s a pickup order, I have to make a drive over to pick it up. I got a notification before I even left at 3:05 that my sandwiches are ready. I’d rather wait a minute or two for them to have my order made fresh than have it sit for 15-20 minutes after being made. This is also the third time it’s happened in a row, someone please fix this.

First time at a JJ. A decent sandwich as expected. This location is cramped because of how the parking and drive through is situated. It was an ordeal to get out of our parking space.
