I went there not being a regular. They were quick to point out the moment I stepped inside that they were out of tomatoes and pickles. I said that was fine and he pointed out that they close in 30 minutes. All that before I even said any words at all other than “that’s fine”. I proceeded to order which was going normally enough until I asked for alfalfa sprouts (I am not a regular). I swear on my momma’s grave that his response was and I quote ” we don’t have those here but you can take yourself to the grocery store if that’s what you want.” I swear to Jesus that’s exactly what he said word for word. Anything he said after that about them not having it for years was completely lost on me. That was flat out extremely rude. I had done nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. Dead honest he acted like that was all good and normal while I stood there shocked that I was being treated that way at Jimmy John’s for absolutely no reason. You probably shouldn’t eat here. I won’t be ever again.

Wow 3 and 1/2 stars not surprised. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a bootlegger club with cheese and Dijon. I ordered a second sandwich for somebody else it was an unwich, the salad variety of the of the same sandwich, and when it got delivered both of them were un witches. When I went to call the restaurant to rectify the problem, whoever I talked to informed me that I ordered it wrong and they assumed no responsibility for that. so I just decided to let that go. However if you’re thinking of ordering from here and they get your order wrong, just be prepared to be blamed for it when you call to ask if they’ll do anything for you.

Usually I have nothing bad to say about Jimmy John’s. But last week, we placed an order on Sun, about 45-60 min before closing through the app; which put pick up at 30 min before closing time. My husband picked up the order and the guy was really rude and threw down our sandwiches. Then he complained when he wanted to add 3 cookies to the order. Plus, my sandwich wasn’t made correctly. I’m really considering not ordering from here again. Filled out the online survey and was told i would receive a call back regarding my experience- never did. Very disappointed

I don’t know what has happened here in the past 6 or so months, but the quality has gone down in every aspect of the place I’ve used. My last order was missing parts to my sandwich and today we called 30 minutes after making a delivery order (we live 5 minutes away, less if you make the one light) It was delivered almost an hour after the order was made. Sandwich was soggy by then, driver rang the bell when we asked they not. Even for customer service sake someone could have let us know that they were struggling or that “Freaky Fast” now means “whenever we get to it”. This store used to be on par with other JJ in the area, whatever has changed in management or staffing needs to change back.
